So after playing Portal 2 again, and listening to the Relaxation Vault in the beginning, it does say 9999 days, which, if accurate, puts Portal 2 about 27 years after Portal, which itself took place during the Portal Storms and/or Seven Hour War, which happened shortly after Half Life.
So, basically what I’m trying to say, if the fan theory of Half Life 2 being two decades plus after Half Life, then Portal 2 takes place roughly concurent with HL2.
